These Broadband Facts describe WINMO Flex, WINMO’s single mobile broadband plan. WINMO is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) providing 5G and 4G LTE service over the AT&T and T-Mobile networks. This label discloses the plan’s pricing, data, speeds, and network-management practices in detail.
WINMO Flex
Monthly Price — Introductory Period
$50 for your first month of service, charged as a single payment the moment your line activates. You are not charged before activation.
Monthly Price — After Introductory Period
After your first month, WINMO reviews your actual data, talk, and text usage and places you on a usage-based monthly rate matched to how you use your phone. Your rate is disclosed to you before any charge, renews monthly, and will never exceed your $50 introductory rate. If you use less, you pay less; if your usage increases, your rate may adjust upward, but never above the introductory rate.
Data Included with Plan
25GB of full-speed 5G / 4G LTE data per billing cycle, plus 25GB of mobile hotspot data.
Charges for Additional Data
None. WINMO Flex has no per-gigabyte overage charges. When your high-speed data allowance is exhausted, speeds are reduced as described under Network Management rather than billed as overage.
Network Management, Throttling & Deprioritization
After 25GB of high-speed data usage during a billing cycle, data speeds are reduced to 512 Kbps until 50GB of total usage, after which speeds are reduced to 128 Kbps for the remainder of the billing cycle. Mobile hotspot data is a separate 25GB allowance; once exhausted, hotspot speeds are reduced to 128 Kbps for the remainder of the cycle. Talk, text, and 911/emergency services remain available throughout. Because WINMO is an MVNO operating on the AT&T and T-Mobile networks, WINMO data traffic may be deprioritized behind host-network customers during periods of network congestion, which can reduce speeds. WINMO may also apply reasonable network management for maintenance, network integrity, security, and fair use.
Speeds Provided with Plan
WINMO Flex provides 5G and 4G LTE data on the AT&T and T-Mobile networks. Typical download speed, upload speed, and latency vary by location, device, signal strength, network congestion, deprioritization, and network management, and are not guaranteed. “Full-speed” data refers to the unrestricted network speed available before the thresholds described under Network Management are reached.

Contract, Renewal & Cancellation
WINMO Flex requires no long-term contract or term commitment, and there is no early termination fee. Your $50 introductory charge covers your first month of service. After your first month, service renews automatically on a monthly basis at your usage-based rate (never above the introductory rate) and continues until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits are issued upon cancellation, except as described under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.
Billing, Taxes & Fees
You are charged only when your eSIM activates — nothing is charged before activation. The introductory charge is a single payment of $50 covering your first month. After that, your usage-based monthly rate is disclosed before each charge and billed on the same date each month.
There is no activation fee and no equipment fee (WINMO uses eSIM; you bring your own compatible device). Applicable federal, state, and local taxes and government or regulatory fees are additional and are determined by your service address; these are not included in the prices shown on this label. WINMO does not charge per-gigabyte data overage fees.
Definitions
- Full-speed data — the unrestricted 5G / 4G LTE network speed available to you before the high-speed thresholds described under Network Management are reached.
- Deprioritization — during network congestion, WINMO data traffic (as an MVNO) may be assigned lower priority than the host network’s own customers, which can temporarily reduce speeds.
- Throttling / reduced speed — a reduction of your data speed (to 512 Kbps, then 128 Kbps) after you pass the stated high-speed allowances in a billing cycle.
- Billing cycle — the recurring monthly period on which your service and data allowances reset.
- Usage-based rate — the monthly rate set after your introductory period based on your actual data, talk, and text usage; it is disclosed before any charge and never exceeds your introductory rate.

Network performance, coverage, speeds, latency, and availability may vary based on location, device compatibility, signal strength, network congestion, maintenance activities, and other factors outside WINMO's control.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers may request a one-time refund of the introductory charge if, within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, the account has used less than 1 GB of data and the customer is not satisfied. Taxes, regulatory and government fees, and any one-time SIM or activation fees are non-refundable; add-on and usage/overage charges are excluded.
